GMV spent time understanding our business, listened to how we wanted the site to work and helped us understand what would work best for our customers too. The result is a site which now reflects Art Barn’s ethos, is customer-friendly and helps us dedicate more time to the children. GMV also initiated changes to our database and introduced us to new customer communications and both are providing invaluable business insights.
